Void API Messages

The following table details the messages that the Void API can return in a response:

Code	Type	Message	Steps To Correct
P0016	Error	Merchant not found.	Correct the merchant number.
P0017	Error	Merchant disabled. Need code for Disabled Merchant status. We've removed access for the merchant.	Call Support at 1-786-600-0674.
P0046	Error	Transaction is already Voided.	Select a different transaction to be voided.
P0047	Error	Void not allowed. Transaction has already been settled.	Correction needs to start with DLA disputing the transaction, that will create a Charge Back.
P0048	Error	Transaction Not Found.	Confirm you are using the correct transaction information.
